Terms of service
What you get, what it costs, and what each of us is responsible for. The billing mechanics below are the ones the software actually enforces.

Draft. The billing rules below are exactly what the software enforces. The liability, jurisdiction and refund clauses are our own drafting and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer — if you are signing on behalf of a company that needs that, tell us and we will get it done before you commit.
What the service does
It measures whether AI answer engines cite the websites you add, reports what is blocking a citation, and shows which domains are cited instead of yours. It generates files and content suggestions you can apply to your own site.
It does not promise a citation. No product can: the engines are third parties whose ranking behaviour is undisclosed and changes without notice. What we measure is measured; what follows from acting on it is not something we can guarantee, and anyone who guarantees it is selling you something else.
Plans and payment
- One payment buys thirty days. There is no recurring mandate and no stored card — nothing is charged again unless you buy again.
- A plan sells an allowance of queries. One query is one question asked of one answer engine; ten prompts across four engines is forty queries.
- When the allowance runs out, runs are refused until the period resets. That refusal is enforced by the system, not by a warning email.
- Upgrades are self-serve; moving to a smaller plan is not. Websites and prompts already configured may not fit inside a smaller plan, so a downgrade is arranged with us rather than applied automatically and leaving you over quota.
- You can renew your current plan in the final week of its term. Buying the same plan earlier is refused, because it would stack a payment onto time you have already paid for.
Refunds
A period is refundable in full within 7 days of payment, provided fewer than 10% of its query allowance has been spent. After that it is not, and the reason is specific rather than commercial: a query is an API call we have already paid a third party for, and it cannot be returned.
If the platform is the reason you could not use what you bought — an outage on our side, or a defect we introduced — the allowance limit does not apply. Write to us.
Your side
- Add only websites you own or are authorised to act for.
- Keep your credentials to yourself. Anyone with your sign-in can spend your allowance, and anyone you invite to your account shares its data and its bill.
- If you connect a CMS, you are handing us the ability to write to your live site. We only write what you ask us to, and every write can be reviewed before it is applied.
Our side
- We report what we measured. Where a number is a floor rather than a total, or unmeasured rather than zero, the product says so — that is a design rule, not a courtesy.
- We keep your data to your account. Nothing is shared between customers, and nothing is sold.
- We depend on third parties — the answer engines, PayPal, our mail provider. When one of them is down or changes its API, parts of the service degrade. We do not control them.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by not buying another period; access ends when the current one does. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove it and the data attached to it.
The legal part
Who you are contracting with
OptimaFlow, based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This agreement is governed by Indonesian law, and disputes go to the courts of Yogyakarta — after we have both genuinely tried to settle it directly, which for a product at this scale is nearly always faster than anything else.
What we are liable for
If we break something, we will fix it, and we will refund what you paid for the period the defect spoiled. What we do not accept is liability for consequential loss — the revenue you believe a missing citation cost you, or the ranking you expected. That is not us dodging: it is the same reason there is no guarantee of a citation anywhere on this page. The answer engines are third parties whose behaviour neither of us controls, and no agreement can make us answerable for their decisions.
In any case our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We will email you at least 14 days before a change that reduces what you get or raises what you pay. Because a period is bought one at a time, a change never applies retroactively to one already paid for — you simply decide whether to buy the next one.
